Our flat rate pricing eliminates the hassles of per thousand stitch pricing, eases
the accounting process and takes away the suspense of how much a complicated logo
is going to cost.
Our pricing is as follows:
- Left chest & Cap logos 24 hrs turnaround £10
- Jacket Backs(2 – 3 day service ) £12
- Jacket backs(8-24 hrs turnaround) £18* or more (One logo only per order)
Back designs price clarification: Please note that if the design is
extremely complicated, or
contains multiple logos, then it will be charged extra. In such cases we
will come back to
you with a price and once you agree, we will go ahead with the design.
Same day service is provided on request and charged at 20% extra

Estimates / Quotations:
Our Quotations are not GUESSTIMATES but actual stitch estimates.
We were one of the first companies to introduce FREE Stitch Quotes with a TruStitch
Preview of the embroidered file. This helps our customers get a fairly accurate
stitch count ( +/- 20%) and gives them a image that they can in turn submit to their
customers for approval.
Edits:
All designs digitized by us will be edited at no extra charge if something is not
right with the design we digitized. If you need resizing or other
types of changes to the design, additional charges may apply as below:
Add new digitized design element to the original design:
- Name drops and year changes are free (limited to one per design)
- Minor changes are free
- Complex changes will be chargeable
Increase / decrease design size :
- No charge, provided we do not have to re- digitize the design.
- Generally, we could do this at no extra charge for a size change of up to 20%
- However if you want to blow up a left chest to a jacketback size then the design
may have to be re digitized. In such a scenario will be treated as a new order
- Increase / decrease in density: No charge
Payment:
- We accept payment by Paypal.
- If you don’t have PayPal you can still pay us via Credit cards like Visa / Mastercard
/ American Expressthrough our PayPal account
- We prefer that you pay us by BACS transfer directly into out HSBC account
