  • Registration - When you log onto the website - www.netdigitizing.co.uk - follow the registration instructions carefully. You will only have to register once to receive all of its benefits, including free designs and promotions available
  • Customer ID - Once you have joined the site, you will see that you have been given a unique customer number which will be used in all communications.
  • Order ID - When you have placed an order with us, it will be given a file number. This is your key to quick access when looking for your file on the site. Please keep this safe.
  • Online Ordering When you have registered on the site, you can place your first order.

    Just click on the "Order Form" button on the tool bar below the welcome message.

    This will give you two options

    Choose if you need to send us an artwork or a digitizing order

    Based on your choice brings up the order form.

    Please fill in all the necessary details, please give us all the relevant information on the design using the "Comment" section. The more information you give us, the more accurately we can complete your file.

    Once you upload the order image and click on submit you are taken to an order confirmation page. You also get an automatic email containing the ordered image as well as details for your records. If you don’t see the confirmation page or receive an email then there is a problem and your order has not been placed. In such a case please get in touch with us at netdigitizing@gmail.com a.s.a.p.
  • This brings up a fast order form
  • Just attach your files fill in required info , choose the fabric and were done
  • On placing the order you are taken to a order confirmation page
  • Once the order is placed you get a automatic email containing the ordered image as well as details for your records

  • Go to the webpage and log in
  • Choose option 3 on quick links
  • On the subsequent page Please do the following
  • Search for your design by design ID name or date
  • If it's a recent design you can scroll down on the page
  • Or you can click browse to bring up thumbnails
  • Once you have located the design click on the edit button below it
  • Enter the comments/size or you can also upload a additional image and send it to us
  • Once again you receive a confirmation email about your edit request
  • Once we complete the edit we sew it out and after checking the stitch files are uploaded to the server
  • You get these files by email along with a download link

  • You can download your edit by logging in and choosing option 5 on the quick link
  • Go to option 6 on Quick links
  • Click view button next to corresponding Quote name/Idnumber
  • Click accept button next to the corresponding turnaround time
  • Option 7 and 8 on the quick links takes you to the messaging page
  • Click on the send message button a message box opens up prefilled with your information
  • Type in the reference design number or whatever you might want to message us about
  • You can also attach files here
  • This is a great tool if you want to send us a fast message For any of the following reasons:

  • or a design that's not running well (punched by someone else)
  • Following up on your orders/edits/quotes
  • Requesting a ordered design to be done asap!

  • All completed designs go into your design archive
  • Click option 11 on quick links to go there
  • You can download the design, Request an edit by clicking corresponding buttons below any thumbnail
  • a. Time and again we keep uploading holiday designs on to this section (mother's day, Easter etc)
  • b. Chose option 11 to view and download these
  • You can view help videos by going to option 13 on quick links
  • Apart from most all the stitch formats like
  • .cnd, .csd, ..dst, .emb, .exp, .fmc, .fdr, .U**, .hus, .jef, .pcd, .pcq, .pec, .pes, ..ref, ..sew, .xxx
  • We can also provide you with a outline file in
  • Emb (Wilcom)
  • MLS (Wings)
  • ISI (Ethos)
  • POF (Pulse)
  • This means that if you own any of the above software's, You can easily edit and resize the outline files Also, with a free download of Wilcom truesizer from Wilcom you can convert a EMB into the following formats: DSB, EMB, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCH, PCM, PCS, PEC, PES, PSF, SEW, XXX Don't see your file type listed? Email us and we'll see if we can add it.
  • Go to the site and sign on. In the top right corner. You will see a button called "fast message". Click on that and place the information for the edit where indicated. Make sure that you put all the details of the changes you need .You should attach the DST and the EMB file to the edit and send it. You will be assigned a file number for this design for any other transaction you need on the site.
  • You were given a credit limit when you signed on to the site. You can pay on pay pal or on google check out and the links to both are on the payment page. Please note that we DO NOT accept Discover.
  • Our flat rate pricing eliminates the hassles of per thousand stitch pricing, eases the accounting process and takes away the suspense of how much a complicated logo is going to cost.

  • Jacket Backs(2 – 3 day service ) £12
  • Jacket backs(8-24 hrs turnaround) £18* or more (One logo only per order)
