As a result of the process, the design does not crack or peel later. Sublimated badges are getting increasingly popular with Scouts and GirlGuiding Clubs and startup brands and Promotional companies as, unlike woven badges, these only need a minimum quantity of 25 pcs, and we can deliver them within ten days.
Chenille badges have a ‘fluffy’ pile weave and look luxurious. It produces a Towel loop type of effect on your logos. Chenille patches stand out when they are produced on a felt base as the contrast effect of flat felt and raised towelling effect of chenille looks stunning.
Woven badges bring complex designs to life with exquisite detail! They are the perfect solution for creating high-quality, detailed designs, including lettering and photographs.

As our time has no way of knowing what you want to achieve. if you just ask for vector artwork, we will give you just that, and, charge you for it. With a little bit of communication with our team, you will be able to save a lot of money avoiding the additional costs of vectoring a logo where it’s not even required.
