Custom Patches & Badges, Sourced for Decorators.
Built for the trade. A subordinate service that deepens our digitizing relationships — not a separate shop. Every order is fulfilled through our sister factory, EmbroideryBadge.uk.
Two Reasons Decorators Use This Section
Make vs Buy. For badges you already stitch — embroidered, 3D puff, and chenille — we are the back-up bench. When the run is too small to set up, too tight on time, or the design will tie up your heads for days, sourcing finished badges saves machine hours and de-risks the job.
Never Say No. For everything else — woven, silicone, PVC, TPU, pin badges, keyrings, ties, lanyards, epaulettes, and labels — your embroidery machine simply cannot produce it. Rather than turn the work away or send your customer elsewhere, you keep the relationship and we handle the rest.
Either way, the artwork is already with us. The digitizing relationship stays where it is. The badge sits on a separate account, on a separate system, sourced from a factory that already knows your brand.
Sourced via EmbroideryBadge.uk — a Separate Site
Net Digitizing does not stock or ship physical goods. All badge production is handled by our sister factory, EmbroideryBadge.uk. We make the handoff explicit so trade buyers know exactly what they are stepping into.
Separate site, separate account. EmbroideryBadge.uk is its own ordering system with its own login. Your Net Digitizing portal does not carry over.
No cart on this site. Net Digitizing remains a digitizing and artwork service. Every quote and order for physical badges is placed on EmbroideryBadge.uk.
Trade-only handoff. EmbroideryBadge.uk is built for decorators — pricing, MOQs, and finishing options assume you are reselling or applying badges yourself.
Orders are placed at EmbroideryBadge.uk.
Choose a Category
Six routes covering everything an embroidery or print decorator is asked for. Each page explains the options, pricing and how ordering works.
Embroidered, 3D Puff & Chenille
You can stitch these on your own machines. We supply finished badges when the run is too small, too tight on time, or the setup cost outweighs the order. Save machine hours and de-risk awkward jobs.
View category →Woven & Combination Badges
Sharp lines and fine detail your embroidery machine cannot resolve. Take the job without buying a weaving loom or outsourcing through a stranger.
View category →Woven Labels
Care labels, neck labels, hem tabs, and brand labels. A category embroidery decorators are regularly asked for but cannot produce in-house.
View category →Silicone, 3D Silicone, Silicone Transfers, PVC & TPU
Soft-touch, waterproof, and outdoor-ready badges with the modern textured finish customers ask for. Captured without adding moulding or printing kit to your shop floor.
View category →Pin Badges & Keyrings
Promotional metal badges and keyrings — soft enamel, hard enamel, die-struck, printed dome. Add to a uniform or merchandise order without setting up a new supplier.
View category →Ties, Lanyards & Epaulettes
Schools, uniforms, events, and corporate rollouts. Items your embroidery machine cannot produce but your customers expect on the same quote.

✓Do
- ✓DO provide vector art: Supply your logo as an AI, EPS, or PDF to support the level of detail in the mold or stitch file.
- ✓DO consider the border: Choose between a Merrow (overlock) border for standard shapes or a Laser-Cut edge for complex geometries.
- ✓DO specify application: Confirm if you require Heat-Seal, Velcro (Hook & Loop), or Self-Adhesive backing at the time of order.
✕Don't
- ✕DON’T over-complicate small patches: Tiny text (under 4mm) in embroidered designs may lead to reduced legibility.
- ✕DON’T ignore the fabric: A heavy PVC patch may not be suitable for lightweight performance fabrics.
- ✕DON’T assume "iron-on" is universal: Domestic home irons can struggle to reach the temperature required for a permanent bond.
Shop Floor Reality: Heat Press Meltdowns
Patches supplied with a commercial-grade heat-seal backing assume a calibrated industrial heat press.
- ✓A domestic home iron rarely reaches the temperature required for a permanent bond. Attempting application that way can lead to peeling or "meltdowns" where the garment is scorched. Net Digitizing does not take responsibility for application failures or garment damage resulting from incorrect heat-press settings or unsuitable equipment.

Sourcing Disclaimer: All physical badge orders are processed and fulfilled by EmbroideryBadge.uk on a separate system and separate account. Net Digitizing supplies the digitizing and artwork relationship; we do not stock, ship, or apply physical badges. Final product appearance may vary from digital proofs due to the physical nature of threads, inks, and moulds.
