We prepare DST and PES embroidery files for professional production, with many designs reviewed through in-house sampling on our Barudan, ZSK, and Happy machines. Our files are structured with real production use in mind, helping support clean and consistent results on your machines.
The Reality of Production
We manually structure underlay and pull compensation based on your intended fabric and application. However, embroidery is a physical process, and results depend on machine condition, hooping technique, tension setup, and material choice.
Our files act as a manufacturing blueprint prepared for production. To verify how a design performs under your specific conditions, we strongly recommend running a test stitch on your own equipment before full production.
How We Solve Problems
We don't disappear when a file doesn't behave as expected. While adjustments may occasionally be required, we follow a clear process to identify and resolve issues based on real production feedback.

Request an Amendment
If a design is not running as expected, submit an amendment request through the portal. We review the file alongside your feedback and make adjustments where appropriate based on how the design is behaving on your machine.
Check Your Setup First
The “Saachi Rule”
As our studio manager Saachi advises: “Never put a new file straight onto a final client garment.” If you experience repeated thread breaks or registration issues, we will ask you to check your machine tensions, backing, and hooping setup. This helps identify whether the issue is related to the file or the production setup.

The Harrow Sample Studio
If a design continues to have issues after initial adjustments, our Harrow Sample Studio steps in. Our local experts will physically examine the design, test it on our Barudan and ZSK machines, and help you sort out exactly what is going wrong. We can run the design on our own machines and send you a high-resolution scan or video of exactly how it looks stitched out.
The Visual Diagnostic Rule
We cannot diagnose issues without seeing how the design is stitching. To request an amendment, you must provide clear images of the front (to review registration and stitch behaviour) and the back (to review tension, bobbin interaction, and underlay). This allows us to assess how the thread is behaving and make accurate adjustments.
