Submit Final Names Exactly

We do not guess or correct names. What you submit is what we use.

Stick to First & Last Names Only

Too many middle names create layout issues. Keep it clean with just two names.

Provide Clear Instructions Upfront

If you want names in a specific format (e.g., last name first), tell us before we begin. Our default is “First Last”.

Changes later require redesign and may cause delays.

Clarify Name Order Format

We follow the submitted order exactly. If names are listed as Peter (first) and Smith (last), we print “Peter Smith”.

Reference Images Can Be Misleading

If your reference design had 150 names but yours has 70, it won’t look the same. We’ll adjust layout to balance it visually.

This may include duplicating names or spacing them out more.

Handwritten Names: Creative but Costly

If students write their own names, we can trace and clean them — but it requires extra manual work and is quoted separately.
