Got a Fuzzy JPEG? We Rebuild It for Production Use.
Clean vectors engineered for vinyl cutting, embroidery, DTF, and print.
The Production Reality
The Problem:Pixelated logos, blurry JPEGs, and “auto-traced” artwork often cause issues on the shop floor, creating thousands of jagged nodes that can cause issues with plotter blades and RIP software.
The Net Digitizing Standard: Clean, manually drawn vector files (EPS/AI/PDF) structured logically for modern commercial machinery.
Drafted by Humans, Not AI Buttons
Auto-trace tools are fast, but they often create messy vectors full of unnecessary anchor points, rough curves, and broken shapes. Our studio team manually rebuilds your artwork from the ground up. We create smooth curves, optimized anchor points, correctly closed paths, and clean solid colors. We also clean up existing, bloated AI/EPS files that have accumulated unnecessary background data, helping them run more smoothly on your equipment.
What We Can — and Can't — Vector
✓Do
- ✓DO send the highest resolution source file you have available.
- ✓DO use vector conversion for solid corporate logos, text, and clean graphic marks.
- ✓DO specify your intended production method (e.g., Vinyl Cut, DTF) so we can optimize the file structure.
✕Don't
- ✕DON’T expect complex photographs, smoke effects, or realistic shading to become vectors — those are typically better handled using high-resolution raster optimization for DTF/DTG instead.
- ✕DON’T assume auto-traced vectors from free online tools are suitable for commercial plotter use.
- ✕DON’T forget to outline your fonts before sending us existing AI/EPS files.
